Our children engage in hands-on exploration of the world around them in an inclusive community. Child and Adult Care Food Program
Duck Hollow Discovery Learning Center offers healthy meals and snacks to children as part of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). Please complete the required forms in their entirety to complete your registration.
ELRC-Subsidy Program
Pennsylvania’s Early Learning Resource Centers (ELRCs) provide a single point-of-contact for families, early childhood education professionals, and communities to get information and access services that support high-quality child care and early learning programs. ELRC provides childcare subsidies to income-eligible parents/guardians with children under the age of 13 if the parents/guardians are working and/or enrolled in training or education programs
How to Apply
- Contacting the ELRC directly at 1 888-461-KIDS (5437) and an ELRC Specialist will assist you.
- To apply for subsidized child care on line, please visit the state’s online Compass website.
- You may also print a subsidized child care application and mail or drop off to your closest ELRC office.
